Safety Clause for Mold and Asbestos Inspections
The regulations we follow, the labs we use and what you can expect from our team on every mold and asbestos inspection.
Federal rules, local rules, accredited labs.
Safety and compliance come first on every job. These are the standards behind our inspections.
- Asbestos: AHERA. Our asbestos inspections follow the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act, in line with federal asbestos regulations.
- Mold: DC DOEE. Our mold inspections comply with the regulations of the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment.
- Accredited labs. Mold samples go to an EMLAP-accredited laboratory and asbestos samples to an NVLAP-accredited laboratory, under chain of custody.
- People: licensed and trained. Everyone on our team involved in asbestos and mold inspection is licensed and trained, and follows established protocols.
