I'm Jaroslav Joseph Szadkowski, and most people call me Jerad. I co-founded Prescient Environmental with Greg Michelsen. I have spent years in the mold and asbestos industry, and I still believe the same thing I did on day one: everyone deserves a home and a workplace they can trust.
- In the field. I inspect alongside Greg, so I know what our clients see and hear.
- Behind the scenes. I run the website, advertising, marketing and social media.
- Bringing clients in. if you found us online, that part was my job.

Greg and I built Prescient to go beyond industry standards. We follow AHERA and the DC DOEE mold regulations. We do not sell remediation, so our reports simply tell you what is there.
